AFASTAMENTO:

Os servidores não perderão o direito à percepção do Prêmio de Produtividade Médica – PPM, nas situações de: afastamentos considerados de efetivo exercício para todos os efeitos legais; e nos casos de licença para tratamento de saúde, não superior à metade do período fixado para o Processo de Avaliação. Não farão jus ao Prêmio de Produtividade Médica – PPM, os servidores que: tiverem 1 (uma) ou mais faltas injustificadas no período de avaliação; estiverem afastados ou em licença para tratamento de saúde por mais da metade do período de avaliação, exceto nos casos de licença por acidente do trabalho ou doença profissional; e que tenham sido punidos, no período de avaliação, em decorrência de procedimento administrativo disciplinar.


INATIVOS:

O PPM será computado no cálculo dos proventos, por ocasião da aposentadoria, à razão de 1/30 (um trinta avos) por ano de percebimento.

OBS:

Não se aplicam aos servidores abrangidos pela LC 1.193/2013, o Prêmio de Incentivo - PIN, instituído pelo artigo 1º da Lei nº 8.975, de 25 de novembro de 1994, em razão da instituição do Prêmio de Produtividade Médica – PPM.
