Absenteísmo é o termo utilizado para designar o número de horas de trabalho desperdiçadas, seja por faltas, saídas ou atrasos, justificados ou não, devido a algum motivo interveniente. O oposto do absenteísmo é a presença, relacionada com o tempo em que o funcionário está no trabalho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A Taxa de Absenteísmo é calculada por meio da seguinte fórmula: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Número de horas de trabalhadores da unidade ausentes no mês / Número de horas trabalhadas por todos os servidores da unidade no mês  X 100&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
